Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to love your experience with Nurtured Kin. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
