Where do you source your ingredients?
We prioritize organic, ethically sourced ingredients by working with trusted small farms and Indigenous wild harvesters across Canada, as well as international fair trade suppliers. Our goal is to ensure that every ingredient in our products is as pure, effective, and sustainable as possible.
Are your products organic?
While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we carefully select herbs and botanicals that are grown without the use of harmful chemicals. We proudly source from growers and wild harvesters engaging in regenerative land practices.
Do your products contain any artificial additives or preservatives?
No, all of our products are made with natural ingredients—no artificial fragrances, preservatives, or fillers.
How should I store my herbal products?
To maintain freshness and potency, store your teas, tinctures, and body care products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What are your shipping policies?
We currently offer shipping Canada wide. Processing times and shipping rates may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. If you’re outside of Canada and interested in ordering, please contact us to discuss options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but you can expect your package to arrive within 7-10 business days after it has shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. However, we are happy to provide delivery within Saskatoon city limits and offer shipping across Canada to ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are.

What is your return policy?
